Children, Youth and Young Adults

In the early years your children will be taught about God as a loving Father who created us and the world. Then they will look at how God's Son, Jesus, was an example of how our life could be lived. He loved us, gave Himself for our sins, and rose again for our new life. Eventually, they find out that God, the Holy Spirit has guided and sustained the Church throughout its history, and that He can influence their lives too.

Four Things We Can Give Your Child

One -  A meaningful and enjoyable Christian Education with activity-based learning including dramatizations of Bible stories, a Christmas Pageant, and Interactive use of Media, with emphasis on new themes and religious concepts at each level such as: Who is God? What is a Christian? and How are we different from other religions?

Two - An introduction to worship through words and music through participation in the Church Service, writing and hearing different types of prayers, singing and listening to different styles of music and performing in a Junior Choir.

Three - A sense of belonging to a Church family and participation in the life of the Church through Sunday Services, Reading Lessons, Children's Story, singing Anthems and attending various intergenerational events.

Four - Opportunities to serve and learn about the wider community through various charity and mission projects.

Church School

Our enthusiastic, trained teachers lead classes for children from Nursery through High School. We offer an age-appropriate curriculum to allow the children to gain an understanding of Scripture and its relevance to their lives, and equip them to live and share their faith in the community. We even have something for babies... and their parents.

Crèche

Our Crèche - literally, a "manger" or day-nursery - is a supervised center for babies and is equipped with a television monitor which broadcasts the church service for parents who wish to stay with their little ones. Contact Sharon Dworzak, Church School Coordinator via e-mail or by phone.
